Any of our solid wood or stainless steel - glass or stone door have a maximum resistance to fading under UV light – the colours remain stable and do not lose their brilliance. The special impregnation also ensures that special laminated solid wood is resistant to scratches and stains. The high durability also prevents the surface from long-term damage expansion and contraction or heat effects. 
An important value for the classification of durability of its surface is the abrasion class in accordance with DIN EN 13329:2006. In this standard test a testing facility treats the surface with sand paper until clearly visible wear-through occurs. In general, the  quality guidelines are specified so they exceed standards by far.
